High Strength Glass rovings, mixed with specially formulated resins (Epoxy / Polyester) are Pultruded in the form of rods of various cross sections like Triangular, Rectangular, ‘T’, Round etc. They are cut to required lengths and fitted with end caps at both ends by special adhesive resins and Stainless Steel dowel pins.

The end caps are offered in two types:
• Steel Fabricated: Deep Drawn Sheet Metal Cup spatter free CO2 welded to steel end lug. High Strength, Minimal breakage
• Casting: Spheroidal Iron Ductile Precision casting
The assembly of FRP Closing Bar and End Caps and doweling is done using jigs to control the center distances of the mounting holes on end caps to suit the Pallet size.

The closing bars are optionally printed with users name & company logo, helping identification & image building in usage.
